1. Our Privacy Promise

BankCSV Pro is designed with privacy by default. We do not collect, store, or transmit your financial data. All file processing happens entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. Your CSV or Excel files never leave your device.

2. Data Processing

When you upload a bank statement for conversion, the file is read locally by your browser. The data is processed on your device to detect headers, map columns, clean rows, and generate a downloadable CSV.

We do not upload your file to any server. No copies are made on our infrastructure. No databases or logs contain your transaction details.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you purchase a license, you are redirected to Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe may collect payment details and billing information according to its own privacy policy.

After payment, Stripe redirects you back with a session ID. We send only that session ID to our server endpoint to verify the payment status. We do not receive or store your card number, bank account, or file content.

4. License Storage

Your license status is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and a cookie. This allows the tool to remember that you have an active pass on your device. We do not store license information on our servers, and it cannot be accessed by us.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only essential browser storage to remember your license status. No third-party analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising cookies are used.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of BankCSV Pro after changes means you accept the revised policy.
