1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BankCSV Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BankCSV Pro is a browser-based tool that converts bank and payment processor CSV/Excel files into formats compatible with QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB. The service operates entirely on your device, and no financial data is uploaded to our servers.

3. License and Payments

Access to file downloads requires a paid license, offered as one-time passes of varying durations. Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details. License verification uses a session ID provided by Stripe after a successful payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BankCSV Pro for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the files you process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BankCSV Pro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the converted files will be error-free or compatible with every version of QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankCSV Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, accounting errors, or data inaccuracies.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.1 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, if you encounter a technical issue that prevents conversion, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or license extension.
