1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BankCSV Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BankCSV Pro is a browser-based tool that cleans bank and payment processor CSV/Excel files and prepares them for QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel. The service operates entirely on your device, and no financial data is uploaded to our servers.

3. License and Payments

Access to file downloads requires a paid subscription, offered as Monthly or Annual plans. Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment details. License verification uses a session ID provided by Stripe after a successful payment, or a short-lived code sent to the billing email you used at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BankCSV Pro for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the files you process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & User Responsibility

BankCSV Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the converted files will be entirely error-free, nor do we guarantee perfect compatibility with every version, update, or configuration of QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or other accounting software.

Your Responsibility: BankCSV Pro is an automated data conversion utility and does not constitute professional accounting or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and formatting of all converted data before importing it into your accounting software, submitting tax filings, or generating financial reports.

You must independently verify all dates, amounts, descriptions, and currency values. We are not liable for any accounting discrepancies, financial losses, tax penalties, or compliance issues resulting from the use of unverified or incorrectly imported data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankCSV Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, accounting errors, or data inaccuracies.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are limited. However, if you encounter a technical issue that prevents conversion, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or subscription extension.
